D tips are for semi-automatic welding that uses carbon dioxide gas/mixed gas (a mixture of argon gas and carbon dioxide gas).
Attach them to the tip of a semi-automatic welding torch. This product is a tip for wire diameters of 0.8 mm.
Please select the tip with the wire diameter that matches the wire you are using.

Tokin’s D tip is made of zirconium chrome copper and has a drill hole for smooth wire feeding. It
can be used in a wide range of welding applications, from semi-automatic welding to robotic welding.

Tokin’s standard tips come in two different lengths: N tip 45mm (Panasonic specification) and D tip 40.5mm (DAIHEN specification).
Both N tip and D tip are compatible with the genuine tips of Panasonic semi-automatic welding torches and Daihen semi-automatic welding torches.
