Tig Welding Rod WELTIG430NBL Ø2.4

WEL TIG 430 is a TIG welding filler rod for 16Cr ferritic stainless steel. The weld metal exhibits a ferritic structure and is used for welding materials such as SUS 430 and SUS 405. Post-weld heat treatment at 760–790°C provides good ductility and excellent corrosion resistance in the weld area.

Work Precautions

1. To prevent weld cracking, preheating and interpass temperature should be maintained between 150–250°C.

2. Post-weld heat treatment should be carried out at 760–790°C.
